The PSA Management & Services offers a comprehensive range of activities varying from inspections, testing, calibration and auditing, tailored to meet all your companies requirements.

PSA started in 1996 and so has already been in the field for 20 years. On top of this, we have employees with over 40 years experience in the oil and chemical industry.

Our expert team bring a wealth of knowledge with them varying from trading, operations and surveying businesses. The company has a family flavor, with the second generation now running the daily activities. The company founder also still plays an advisory role.

It is our policy to only provide the best services that will meet or exceed the requirements of our clients. Over the years the company has developed and gained a highly reputable name through this range of services provided to the major players: traders, refiners and ship owners. Our staff are all direct employees of PSA. They have over the years gained all the necessary experience and knowledge to be considered as some of the best qualified surveyors on your vessels and terminals protecting your interests.

We use the latest state of the art equipment and are also actively involved in the technical development of innovative analytical testing and inspection techniques.

Here we put to use our experience, carry out the most appropriate testing and ensure procedures are followed to meet our clients’ requirements. We are there to resolve any issues which might occur. We continuously maintain the highest level of service in a timely manner, provide accurate information and always look at ways of improving working practices for all parties.

LOCATION

Our head office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. It is from this office that we coordinate all our activities worldwide.

Our coordination desk is staffed with experienced professionals who will provide you with assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We pride ourselves in being able to provide the information accurately, with speed and to the highest standard.
